Cocktails for Characters - The Weaver

She’s blind, she’s a hoarder, and her roof might be made of hair…? She is the one, the only, the Weaver - and she’s kind of a baddie. 😏

So this week she gets a custom cocktail that we made up ourselves.

What You’ll Need:
1 oz of @empress1908gin
1/2 oz of creme de Violette
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
rinse of absinth

Instructions:
In a martini glass poor just a touch of absinth and coat the inside of the glass. (You can dump the rest.) Then fill a shaker with ice. In the non-iced part of your shaker, pour your empress gin, creme de Violette, fresh squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Then put the top on your shaker and shake the fuck out of it. It’s really important to make sure everything is really good and shaked so you get the flip on top. Once everything is shaken up straight and pour into your prepped martini glass. Wait just a minute, and see the beauty develop.
