Cocktails for Characters - Emerie

In addition to a good cuppa tea, we are big cocktail fans over here. Does anything pair better with a good book, than a good drink?! We didn't think so either, which is why each week we'll be sharing some of our favorite drinks with the characters they remind us of here.

Up first we have this delicious Strawberry Mojito from Half Baked Harvest! This refreshing cocktail is sweet with a splash of spice (courtesy of a ginger beer topper), just like (one of) our favorite Valkyrie, Emerie! The sisterhood Emerie forms with Gywn, & Nesta is the sweetest, and her love of romance books gives her a little spice.
