As with most of Colleen’s writing, she sucks you in and doesn’t give you a place to stop reading. We loved most of this book, but would have stopped it before the happily ever after. We do realize that that is against the rules of romance novels, but felt like there was more healing that needed to happen in between. We have brother's best friend, close proximity, grumpy/sunshine, and a man in uniform. 😏 The real hero here is Cap 😍
