Cocktails for Characters - Rhysand

This week we bring you a fun twist on a classic gin & tonic in honor of Rhysand, High Lord of the Night Court ✨

What You’ll Need:
Empress 1908 Gin
Tonic water
Lime
A Little Night Court magic (aka edible pearl dust)

Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice and pour Empress Gin until your heart feels happy, we don’t do measurements on this one! Top off with your tonic water. If you’re like me and hate tonic water, you can sub out for unflavored seltzer water. Add a sprinkle of pearl dust, give it a swirl, and you have the night sky during Starfall! Add your lime and watch your drink change from purple/blue, like Rhysand’s eyes, to a lavender color, as if by Night Court magic. Once you stop squealing with delight, sip, and enjoy!!
