Cocktails for Characters - Lucien

We created a custom cocktail this week for our not quite friend but not quite foe: Lucien. We are featuring the delicious Empress Gin and calling this an Autumn Sunset because of the beautiful colors.

What You’ll Need:
1 1/2 oz Empress Gin (plus more!)
Rinse of Luxardo
Slice of orange
Slice of lemon
1-1 1/2 oz of simple syrup

Instructions:
Add your fruits and simple syrup to your shaker and muddle them up really good!
Take your glass and coat the inside with the Luxardo (you can discard the extra if you’d like)
Fill the cup with crushed ice and set aside
Add 1 1/2 oz of gin to you muddled fruits, add ice and shake things up.
Strain over your crushed ice and watch the beautiful fall colors appear. Add more gin to your preference to deepen the colors.
Garnish with your favorite berry and cheers to the sly Fox, Lucien.
