Cocktails for Characters - Elliot Bloom from Forget Me Not

This week’s cocktail is for my new favorite book boyfriend, Elliot Bloom 😍 Trust us, you’re going to want to pre-order Forget Me Not by Julie Soto! He’s the strong silent type, so we needed a cocktail that was classic with a floral touch. Simple, strong, and absolutely delicious! So we’re going with a Lavender G&T!

What You’ll Need:
1.5 oz @empress1908gin
3-5 mint leaves
1/4 - 1/2 oz lavender simple syrup (ours is from @pink_house_alchemy)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Your choice of tonic, soda, or seltzer water

Add everything except the water to your shaker. Once chilled strain into your rocks, glass, garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!
