Cocktails for Characters - Annie from Cackle

This week we’re mixing up something magic for our girl Annie from Cackle by Rachel Harrison!

Lavender Gin Sour

You will need:
- 2 oz Empress Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Pink House Alchemy lavender simple syrup
- an egg white

In an empty shaker, add everything except the lemon juice. Give it a vigorous dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into your coup. Add the lemon juice with a flourish and watch your magic turn the cocktail lavender! Add a lemon twist garnish and enjoy!
